Silver Stars contest rules
• All Silver Stars participants must be 60 years of age or older by August 23, 2008.
• Auditions are open to singers, musicians, and dancers. Solos, duets, and groups are welcome. Please, no poetry, pet tricks, comedy, or routines other than dance or musical.
• Silver Stars performances should not contain objectionable material, i.e. violent, suggestive, or otherwise offensive content. HealthSpring reserves the right to reject entries at any time based on content or appropriateness of material.
• Auditions will be limited to the first 100 individuals or groups to register.
•Ten finalists will be selected from the auditions to compete for first, second, and third place:
First prize: $5,000
Second prize: $2,000
Third prize: $500
• Auditions will be held on August 23rd, 2008, at the Cadillac Ranch in downtown Nashville. Contestants should arrive between 10am and noon to complete the registration process. This
includes
those individuals who registered on-line. The actual auditions will take place between noon and 6pm.
• All Silver Stars participants must read and sign the Certificate of Eligibility and Publicity Release.
