Q. What is Silver Stars?

Silver Stars is a talent competition designed by HealthSpring specifically for people age 60+. It’s your chance to shine! We welcome individuals or groups who sing, play an instrument, or dance to audition for your chance to perform on-stage at historic Ryman Auditorium and compete for the top prize of $5,000 cash.

Q. Do I need to register ahead of time, or can I just come to the auditions on August 28th and 29th, 2010?
A.
You must register ahead of time for the auditions by either calling or submitting a form online. The auditions will be limited to 150 acts.

Q. I have a talent that isn’t musical or dance. Can I participate in Silver Stars?
A.
We encourage you to continue pursuing your passion, but Silver Stars is currently open to singers, musicians, and dancers only. You’re welcome to contribute your enthusiasm as a member of the audience at the Silver Stars auditions or finals – admission is free!
