Silver Stars was designed as an opportunity for talented seniors to take the stage in Music City and compete for the first-place $5,000 cash prize.

We at HealthSpring know there is huge pool of untapped talent that has been ignored by shows like American Idol™ (contestants must be age 16-28!), America’s Got Talent™, and Nashville Star™. HealthSpring, a Medicare Advantage plan dedicated to helping older Americans get more from Medicare and more from life, saw an opportunity to harness that untapped energy and talent for our own senior talent showcase.

The 2010 Silver Stars competition is the third year HealthSpring has presented this opportunity to seniors in the Middle Tennessee area. Auditions were held on Saturday and Sunday, August 28 and 29, 2010 at Red Rooster.  Congratulations to the following finalists:
