Jeannie Gleaves
Jeannie Gleaves, 70, is a true Nashville native, born and raised right here in Music City. She is also a retired paralegal and talented piano player. She was married for 44 years to husband Joe, who passed away three years ago. She has two children and one grandchild. She loves collecting music and stars-and-stripes memorabilia and watching her grandson play in the McGavock Marching Band.

Jeannie has had the opportunity to perform with a couple major musical names. "I accompanied Pat Boone about 10,000 years ago, when he came back to Nashville after hitting the big time," she says. She also had the chance to accompany Billy Joel in a chance encounter at the Union Station Hotel. "He just happened to be staying there with his wife, Christie Brinkely, and my husband and I happened to be playing there," Jeannie says. "He serenaded his wife and daughter to our music while they were having dinner."
